About the Planet Earth CD Soundtrack

Sometimes soothing, sometimes dramatic, and sometimes surprisingly playful, the soundtrack from the BBC Planet Earth series has something for everyone. The score for the groundbreaking series, shown in the UK in 2006 and on The Discovery Channel in the US in 2007, was written by esteemed British composer George Fenton, who also composed the music for the successful documentary series The Blue Planet.
